Indoors is approximately 5,500 square feet. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 large bonus/living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and an office with a full desk. 

The property is located on approximately 3 acres of lakefront property. The property is nestled at the end of a dead-end private road surrounded by other large private estates, providing plenty of serenity and privacy. 

Our rental fees vary depending on the event type, duration, and other factors. 

For regular short term overnight stays we have prices as low as $250 per night. For events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and more we have options as low as $1,000 per day. We also offer one hour weekday micro-weddings for as low as $500.

Weekday and weekend bundled packages are available for even more savings. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your specific needs.

We love giving tours! In person tours are available by appointment. 

We also have video walk-throughs and pictures available on our website. 

Our prices only include the cost of the location and the included amenities based on how long you will use them such as single day or overnight stays. 

We are available by appointment only and are located in beautiful Dade City, Florida at 34902 Greensteele Road.

Our venue is ideal for party sizes of 50 guests or less during an event, and 20 guests or less overnight. 

Larger parties can be accommodated and our team can work with you on that.

Inside we have a fully gourmet kitchen with two ovens, full size refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large amount of counter space, kitchen island, and more.  There are two dining areas, two bonus/living room areas, and a full office with a large desk. 

A large capacity washer and dryer is provided onsite for cleaning clothes. High speed Wi-Fi is provided. Smart televisions with Netflix access is available in nearly every room. 

Exercise equipment includes an elliptical machine, free weights, exercise bands, and yoga mats.

Foosball, darts, and other misc family friendly games are typically also available.

Outdoor areas include a covered patio, full size inground pool, firepit area, poolside mini-basketball hoop, propane grill, and parking for 1-15 standard size vehicles. 

Service animals that are allowed by law are allowed on property. Generally speaking, other pets are not allowed. If you are interested in bringing a vendor that uses pets, please speak to our team to find out what options are available. 

Parties are advised to limit outdoor noise levels after 11pm and to follow any other local ordinances that may apply. We ask all guests to be respectful of our communities, our neighbors, our property, and nature.

Being in Florida means that you are sharing the outdoors with animals such as alligators, cougars, and other native wildlife. Swimming in the lake is not permitted. Guests should be aware of their surroundings and avoid interaction with wildlife.

Yes, we are a vendor friendly property! You may hire your own caterers, DJs, furniture rental, and other similar vendors as long as we are notified in advance. We may require the vendor to sign waivers and/or have sufficient insurance. Please discuss this with our team at the time of booking.

A nondenominational officiant is included in our Micro Wedding package.  For larger ceremonies, or ceremonies with special considerations, we encourage hiring a 3rd party officiant. Check out our Micro Weddings page for more information.

Yes. All couples must obtain their marriage license from the Pasco County Clerk's Office before the ceremony. This is the couple's responsibility, and Greensteele Acres cannot obtain the license on your behalf.

Please note: Marriage licenses are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. You must obtain your license before your ceremony date at Greensteele Acres.
